What is the OCBC Blue Chip Investment Plan (BCIP)?
The OCBC Blue Chip Investment Plan (BCIP) is a regular savings plan (RSP) that allows you invest consistently in Singapore listed shares and ETFs.
With as little as $100 per month, you will be able to start your investing journey with a hassle-free way.
By using the dollar cost averaging (DCA) method, you will be able to remove the stress of timing your market entry.

Who is eligible for the OCBC Blue Chip Investment Plan (BCIP)?
- Singaporean, Singapore PR or foreigner residing in Singapore (not applicable to U.S. Persons, e.g. citizen of U.S. or Green Card holder, EU resident or person residing within the EEA)
- Single account holder above 18 years old
- Parent or legal guardian above 18 years old and child below 18 years old for joint account holders
What are the fees for the OCBC Blue Chip Investment Plan (BCIP)?
For new customers who are below 30 years old, you will be able to enjoy a flat rate of 0.88% of the total investment amount when buying stocks and ETFs through the OCBC BCIP.
