Ernest is the Asia Pacific CEO of Optimas Capital, an Asian-based Hedge Fund with offices in Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan. He was formerly the Head of APAC Research at Credit Suisse and was responsible for a team of almost 300 across 14 offices and 12 markets. Ernest is also a non-executive director of Vincom Retail, listed in Vietnam, which is part of the Vincom group, the largest privately-owned company in Vietnam

Pearly was recently a Director in portfolio management at Eastspring Investments, where she ran two successful portfolios with a combined AUM of $4 billion. She has a deep passion for investing and analysis, and thrives when engaging in the end-to-end investing process from screening to deep-dives. Pearly generates insight from across markets and enjoys developing and curating thematic products to meet niche customer needs.

Yaohong is the Head of Data and Engineering at January Capital, a venture capital firm based in Singapore. Before joining January Capital, he was the Head of Data at StashAway, a digital wealth manager that has more than USD 1 billion assets under management. As one of the early employees, he helped build out the company’s flagship product. Yaohong has been involved in several startups at different growth stages where he wore many hats. 

Dexter is a Managing Director at Wattpad WEBTOON Studios, a fan-driven global entertainment powerhouse driven by the passionate fandoms and compelling global webcomic and webnovel IP libraries from WEBTOON and Wattpad’s combined audience of more than 166 million people.

He is a strategic global media executive with previous corporate development and investment experiences at 21st Century Fox (now Disney), and CA Media (Asia arm of The Chernin Group), and NET Mediatama Televisi (free-to-air TV network in Indonesia). Prior to his media industry career, he was a consultant at Bain & Company and a research associate at Bernstein Research.
