Company description
Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust is a Singapore-listed stapled group comprising Stoneweg European Real Estate Investment Trust and Stoneweg European Business Trust. It was formed after the former Cromwell European REIT was renamed and stapled to a business trust in 2025. The group invests in European real estate, with a focus on logistics, light industrial, office and related commercial assets. Revenue is generated mainly from rental income and property-related charges from tenants across European markets. The trust is sponsored by Stoneweg and managed by Stoneweg EREIT Management Pte. Ltd. Manual review is recommended if future restructuring changes the stapled structure.
