Company description
Mapletree Logistics Trust invests in logistics and warehouse properties across Asia-Pacific. Its assets support supply chain, distribution, e-commerce, third-party logistics and manufacturing customers in markets such as Singapore, Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea and Vietnam. Revenue is generated mainly from rental income and property-related charges under logistics and warehouse leases. The REIT's role in the value chain is to provide logistics real estate that enables storage, fulfilment and regional distribution. Mapletree Logistics Trust was listed on the SGX-ST in 2005 and is managed by Mapletree Logistics Trust Management Ltd., a subsidiary of Mapletree Investments.
