1Q 2025 Highlights: REIT ETFs on SGX reached a record AUM of S$1,077M, driven by strong fund inflows and a rebound in S-REIT performance following 2024’s headwinds. Trading interest surged 44% YoY, supported by increased daily volatility. UOB APAC Green REIT ETF (SGX:GRN)  led in performance with a 4.63% return, while the CSOP iEdge S-REIT ETF (SGX:SRT) offered the highest 12-month gross yield at 6.05%. Overall, REIT ETFs continued to attract investors with their robust average yield of 5.3% and expectations of rate cuts boosting sentiment.
