Company Description
Daiwa House Logistics Trust (âDHLTâ) is a Singapore real estate investment trust established with the investment strategy of principally investing in a portfolio of income-producing logistics and industrial real estate assets located across Asia. The initial portfolio of DHLT as at the Listing Date comprise 14 modern logistics properties in Japan. The Sponsor, Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd (âDHIâ), is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and is one of the largest construction and real estate development companies in Japan as at the Listing Date.
