Daiwa House Logistics Trust is a Singapore-listed REIT that invests in logistics and industrial properties in Japan. Its assets include temperature-controlled and ambient logistics facilities leased to third-party logistics providers, e-commerce operators, manufacturers and other supply chain users. Revenue is generated mainly from rental income and property-related charges under logistics leases. The trust provides exposure to Japanese logistics real estate and earns income mainly in Japanese yen, while distributions are made in Singapore dollars.
