  Quarterly dividend payouts
  The fund aims to distribute dividends to investors every quarter. For its first two years after launch, the payout targets a minimum of 5% per annum based on the original issue price; from the third year onwards, distributions are expected to be around 5% of the net asset value per unit, subject to available income.
