Company Description

The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 7 January 2008 under the name Q & M Dental Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd. The Company was converted into a public limited company on 9 October 2009 and changed its name to Q & M Dental Group (Singapore) Limited. The Group has private dental healthcare group with 36 dental clinics and a mobile dental clinic with 105 dentists, nine oral health therapists and 302 dental surgery assistants as at the Latest Practicable Date. The Group treated more than 300,000 patients island-wide between December 2005 and the Latest Practicable Date. The Group’s dental healthcare services include general dental treatment, endodontics, orthodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, paedodontics, oral surgery, dental implants and aesthetic dentistry. The Group has a dental laboratory which fabricates dental prosthesis such as crowns, bridges, dentures and retainers.
